Had a minor scare wiring the 10.1-inch resistive screen into my dessert display case, but once it was hooked up, the response lag is almost none. The capacitive model’s glass feels a bit more premium, but for the price, this one’s plenty crisp for tapping through my recipe and temperature presets.
The capacitive touch response is noticeably snappier than the resistive panels I've used before, and the 10.1" screen is bright enough to read from across the kitchen counter. Hooked it up to my dessert display case and the UI updates without any lag.
