NX4827T043 - Écran tactile HMI série Basic Nextion 4,3"

The screen is bright and sharp even in a lit kitchen, and the touch interface responds exactly where I press—it’s made dialing in my sous-vide temps way less fiddly. Took me an evening to get the hang of the editor, but once I did, it’s been rock solid for two weeks straight.

The response time after a tap is practically instant, which makes dialing in temperature curves feel really fluid. I've got it wired into my proofing box and the bright 4.3" screen is easy to read even from across the kitchen.

I was a little skeptical about wiring this into my DIY coffee roaster controller, but the drag-and-drop editor made building the recipe screens surprisingly quick. The display itself is crisp and bright even in direct sunlight, and the response to touch is instant. Zero complaints so far.
