Finally got it scanning the full 24MHz to 1.8GHz range in one go, and the 10MHz sample width makes hunting for weak signals feel effortless. Took me an afternoon to set up with the open-source software, but once it clicked, the dynamic range really shows on crowded bands. Solid buy for the price.

I’ve been scanning 10MHz of spectrum at a time and the clarity is surprising for the price, especially picking up weak signals around 400MHz. It took me an evening to get used to the open-source software, but now it’s my go-to for listening in on aircraft and weather satellites.

The dynamic range really holds up when I'm scanning crowded bands—10MHz of spectrum at once means I can watch an entire chunk of activity without switching windows. Setup took a bit of fiddling, but once it clicked, the clarity on weak signals surprised me for the price.
