The SONOFF BBQ Meat Thermometer Probe Sensor (MPS01) is designed for use with the SONOFF BMT01. This pack includes two probes, each with a probe length of 15cm and a total cable length of 1.5m.
The 1.5m cable on these gives me plenty of slack to run the probe out of my smoker without fighting the lid, and having two spares means I can monitor a brisket and a pork shoulder at once. The 15cm probe length is just right for a deep insertion too.
Two probes in one pack means I always have a spare when one inevitably gets left in the sink overnight. The 15cm probe length reaches the center of a thick brisket without any trouble.
The 1.5m cable on these is a lifesaver—I can run it from the smoker across the deck without an extension cord. Two probes in the pack means I’m monitoring the brisket and the pork shoulder at the same time, and the 15cm tip slides in deep enough for a reliable read.
