The page transitions are noticeably snappier than my old basic model, and the extra memory means I can finally fit the full recipe timer screens I wanted. Setup took a little fiddling but the enhanced processing speed was worth it.

The built-in RTC is a game changer—no more syncing time from a host microcontroller every boot. I had it running my dessert display’s countdown timer within an hour, and the touch response feels snappier than the basic models I’ve used before.

Finally got around to wiring up the built-in RTC for a timed dessert display, and it held the schedule perfectly through a full power cycle. The extra processing headroom over the basic model is noticeable when pushing multiple pages at once.
